A north Wales pub has set up a barter scheme in order to source local produce for its kitchen.

Sir Henry Jones museum provides stock from its heritage garden for the Old Stag Inn but the museum is not the only source of fresh fruit and veg for the pub.

Other residents of Llangernyw, Conwy, can swap produce from their gardens for food and drink using a barter scheme.

Roger Pinney reports.
