Man, 21, questioned over attack

A 21-year-old man remains in custody after an attack in Llanrwst, Conwy, police have said.

Officers were called to Glanrafon in the town in the early hours of Thursday morning.

A man in his 20s suffered serious head injuries and has been transferred to Walton Hospital in Liverpool.

An 18-year-old youth also arrested on suspicion of wounding has now been released on police bail while inquiries continue in to the incident.

Police have also renewed their appeal for information after being alerted to the alleged assault at 0154 BST on Thursday.
