Triathlon is one of the fastest and toughest growing sports in Wales.

An Olympic triathalon involves a 1.5km (0.93 mile) swim followed by a 40km (24.8 mile) cycle and finished with a 10km (6.2 mile) run.

Welsh triathlon champion Rhys Jones takes BBC Wales' Ashleigh Crowter through a mini-triathlon to see if he has what it takes to compete in this multi-endurance sport.
