'Worrying progress' on pupil plan

A project called Raise intended to raise literacy levels among the poorest pupils in Wales has not made any significant difference despite spending £14m for three years, a report has found.

Gareth Jones, chair of the Welsh assembly's enterprise and learning committee, told BBC Radio Wales the lack of progress was worrying.
