Brunstrom on being 'the chief'

Richard Brunstrom, who is retiring as chief constable of North Wales Police, has become one of the UK's most high profile policemen with his zero-tolerance of speeding and his highly-publicised views on legalising drugs.

In his ten years at the top he has been tasered, broken into his own HQ and been condemned for showing pictures of a decapitated motorcyclist without permission in a press briefing.

However he has also seen crime drop and the number of road deaths in north Wales drop to their lowest level since the 1920s.

In his final interview as chief constable of North Wales Police, he looks back at his time as 'the chief'.
