Rock fall teen flown to hospital

A 14-year-old boy has been airlifted to hospital after falling onto rocks in west Wales.

Milford Haven Coastguards were called to Scott's Bay near Llansteffan, Carmarthenshire, at 1444 BST.

The boy had been climbing rocks before falling about 20ft. He sustained rib and leg injuries and had difficulty with breathing.

An RAF helicopter was called to airlift him to Morriston Hospital in Swansea. His condition is not known.
