The man who invented the Welsh order of the bards, the Gorsedd, 200 years ago is honoured with a plaque unveiling in London's Primrose Hill - the place the first gathering of the Gorsedd was held.

Iolo Morganwg, a stone mason from the Vale of Glamorgan, conjured up the notion while living in London and in 1792 he presided over the first gathering.

Now a plaque celebrating him has been unveiled for his efforts in preserving the Welsh language and culture.
