Constitutional change calls

Gordon Brown has called for constitutional change reforms on the day that MPs from the SNP and Plaid Cymru were set to call for a dissolution of parliament and force a general election.

Bethan James speaks to Plaid Cymru's Hywel Williams and Labour's Nia Griffith about whether they think the PM can bring about a reform of the commons and the British electoral system
