Barry John George, 28, from Llangefni, Anglesey, was last seen leaving Ysbyty Gwynedd hospital in Bangor at 1900 GMT on 11 January.
Mr George may have been spotted on a No 42 Arriva bus near Rhostrehwfa, Llangefni on Wednesday night.

'Jog memories'
An appeal was made on BBC One's Missing programme on Thursday and officers are hoping somebody somewhere will come forward with information.

"We are extremely concerned for his safety and whereabouts and I am appealing to anyone who may have seen Barry, or anyone who may know of his whereabouts to contact us immediately.
"If you have information, no matter how small, I would urge you to come forward."
