Police are treating a fire which destroyed three boats at a marina in Pwllheli, Gwynedd, as suspicious.

Firefighters were called to the blaze just after 2200 GMT on Sunday and on later investigation, found that the fire had been set deliberately.

The main building at the marina was also affected by heat damage.

North Wales Police are appealing for information on the driver of a dark Range Rover who was seen acting suspiciously in the area that evening.

Around 33 firefighters were on the scene at Blue Water Marine Limited on the Glanydon Industrial Estate for almost three hours tackling the blaze.
