Motorist dies after two-car crash

A motorist who died in a two-car collision on Anglesey has been named by North Wales Police.

Eifion Jones, who was 68, died following the crash between Llangaffo and Newborough on Thursday night.

Mr Jones, from Llangaffo, was pronounced dead on arrival at hospital. The other motorist suffered minor injuries.

It happened on the B4421 just after 2215 GMT. Anyone with information should contact police on 0845 607 1002.
