Nant y Fedw residents were devastated by floods which wrecked their homes.

CCTV cameras are to be used to film inside culverts in a village to try to find out what caused recent flooding in the area.
Houses were damaged and people had to leave their homes in the Nant y Fedw area of Abercynon, in the Cynon Valley, in September following heavy rain.
Rhondda Cynon Taf council is carrying out an investigation to try to stop them being flooded again.
The culverts will be examined with the cameras over three days via manholes.
Debris littered gardens and the downstairs rooms of houses were ruined by water and mud after a manhole "exploded", sending 1.2m (4ft) of water gushing into homes during the flood.
It came after more than 10cm (4in) of rain within a 48-hour period.
Councillor Anthony Christopher, the council's deputy leader and cabinet member for frontline services, said: "Once our investigations are complete on the number of properties affected, we will determine what we can do to reduce the chances of it happening again.
"We will of course remain in close contact with the residents and bring them up to date with any information that arises as soon as possible."
Heavy rain led to hundreds of flood calls to emergency services across south and west Wales at the start of September, with homes evacuated and the rail and road network badly hit.
