Remand after £1m cannabis seizure

A man arrested after police seized £1m worth of cannabis resin from a car on the M4 motorway has been charged with possession with intent to supply.

The 44-year-old man from Cardiff appeared before the city's magistrates on 11 October. He was remanded to reappear on 16 October.

In an operation South Wales Police recovered 300kgs of cannabis resin from the car on 8 October.

It was located at Reading services, Berkshire on the M4 westbound.
