Flood victim 'lost everything'

As flood waters begin to subside, many in Wales and England are faced with an unprecedented clean up operation.

South Wales resident Dee-Ann Palmer has been left devastated after flood waters damaged her home. She told the BBC's Colette Hume that she had 'lost everything'.

A next-door neighbour has described the situation as 'horrendous'.
