Singer and TV presenter Charlotte Church has revealed she is expecting her second child with Welsh rugby star boyfriend Gavin Henson.

The 22-year-old, who gave birth to daughter Ruby in September, announced the news on her official website.

A statement entitled "Here we go again!!!" said: "Charlotte Church and Gavin Henson are delighted to announce that they are expecting another baby."

She will also present the third series of her Channel 4 chat show, it said.

Filming for The Charlotte Church Show will take place in July and August.

The statement also said: "The couple are thrilled, as are their immediate families."

Church, who lives in St Brides Major, Vale of Glamorgan, with Wales centre Henson, has been supporting the drive to get more young mothers breastfeeding.

She and Henson have been dating for more than three years and earlier this year came ninth in the Sunday Times young music rich list with a shared fortune of 11m.

Church is also a supporter of the Children's Hospital for Wales in her home town of Cardiff and has said that becoming a mother had made her even more determined to help raise money for the hospital.
