Pensioner accused of Asbo breach

An elderly woman has appeared in court for alleged breaches of an anti-social behaviour order (Asbo).

Dorothy Evans, 82, of Abergavenny, Monmouthsire, denies using threatening words towards a neighbour and elected for trial at crown court.

She was released on unconditional bail by Abergavenny Magistrates.

A date has been set for 25 April at Newport Crown Court for the pensioner's next court appearance.
