Ex-BBC executive repays £315,000
Toby Grosvenor
Toby Grosvenor remains under South Wales Police investigation
A former BBC Wales executive who is under investigation by police on suspicion of theft from his employers has repaid the BBC a total of £315,000.

Toby Grosvenor left his post as head of operations at BBC Wales' Cardiff headquarters in 2005.

Legal proceedings were issued against him last April to recover the payments.

The BBC said he had now repaid these sums in full, and made "a substantial contribution" to the BBC's legal costs, making a total payment of £315,000.

Mr Grosvenor, who was a member of the BBC Wales management board, and responsible for 330 operational staff at the time of his departure, is still being investigated by South Wales Police.
