Day Four: Snack Attack
I think I'm finally getting the hang of it.
Finding and cooking 100% Welsh food at home has been a challenge, but with a bit of planning it can be done.
Last night I made chicken with goats cheese and courgettes - none of the ingredients were any more expensive for being Welsh - in fact I think I've spent slightly less on shopping this week than normal.
Where the challenge has been hard is at work.
Like thousands of people across the country I'm used to grabbing a quick sandwich at lunch - whether its in the office or on the road.
The UK sandwich market is worth £3.6bn a year - but so far I haven't found any made in Wales.
As a consequence, I've been bringing in my own sandwiches to work, with cheese and tomato on the menu every single day.

My consumption of dairy products has definitely gone up in the last four days - which makes me think I may weigh in a little heavier by the end of the week.
I would normally also bring a couple of apples to work - but this week, that hasn't been possible.
Although Wales has plenty of orchards, its not quite apple season here yet.
All the apples in the supermarket I've seen come from South Africa.
I've had to make do with the occasional tomato or strawberry to snack on, supplemented with a daily Welsh Cake.
One colleague suggested I should consider Monster Munch crisps - historically produced in Swansea.
I'm heading there later today, so I'll see if I can pick up some "local" delicacies.
