The road was closed in May following safety fears

One of the main routes through north Wales has reopened to traffic after it was closed for repairs to an unsafe rock face to be carried out.
The 1km (0.62 mile) stretch between Dinmael, Conwy, and Ty Nant, Denbighshire, on the new A5 reopened on Friday but with a weight restriction.
It was closed in May and motorists faced a 32km (20 miles) diversion via Bala while repairs were carried out.
But part of the old A5 was opened to cope with traffic instead.
On Friday, drivers were able to use the stretch of the A5 road which had been closed but temporary traffic lights have been put in place and only vehicles under 7.5 tonnes in weight can travel along it.
Contractors have been selected for the main construction work on the road. Detailed planning and preparation work is beginning immediately for that work which is to start next month.
It is likely to take at least six months for the work to be completed.
A spokesman for the Welsh assembly government said: "We will continue to work in partnership with local authorities, business and tourist representatives to minimise adverse effects.
"The priority being to ensure that visitors are fully aware that the area is accessible and ready to welcome them."
The closure of the road had caused problems for motorists in the area and at the time Clwyd West AM Alun Pugh described it as "a nightmare for motorists and traders who rely on passing trade."
