Police have launched an appeal for information after a schoolgirl died in a crash in Flintshire, north Wales.
The 16-year-old girl who died has been named as Kacey Laura Fowler who until recently lived in Buckley.
She was one of five people in a Ford Fiesta XR2 which lost control on a bend in Flint Mountain.
The accident happened at 0030 GMT on the A5119 Northop Road. Police are appealing for witnesses who may have seen the car in the area.
Police said only one vehicle was involved in the accident, which is believed to have happened on a right-hand bend on the brow of the hill.
They have appealed for any witnesses to the accident to come forward. Officers said they wanted to hear from anyone who may have seen the vehicle in the area before the collision took place.
North East Wales coroner John Hughes has been informed of the death and an inquest will be opened.
