Former Wales striker Nathan Blake has been suspended from playing for six months by the Football Association.
Blake retired from international football this year
The decision followed a positive test for recreational drugs. BBC Wales understands he will appeal against it.
Blake, 33, retired from international football a year ago. He has 29 caps and has played for a series of clubs, including Cardiff City, Wolves, and Leicester.
Neither Blake's representatives nor the FA would confirm or deny the report.
