Police have arrested a second person in connection with the murder of a man whose body was found on marshland near Neath.
Phillip Evan Jones, aged 66, who lived in a hut on the marshes, died from serious head injuries.
He was found on ground near the main A465 Neath flyover on 23 July.
The man, who is 23-years-old and from the area, is currently being questioned at Neath Police station.
A 45-year-old man arrested previously was released on police bail on Friday.
Police said the last confirmed sighting of him is now known to have been on the morning of Wednesday 14 July in Neath town centre.
His body was found on 23 July on ground near the flyover. Officers believe he could have lain undiscovered from the 14th.
Mr Jones was a well-known local character and was often given food, drink, and clothes by people in Neath.
Following the discovery of Mr Jones' body, floral tributes were laid on the steps of the main Neath Post Office, where he used to sit every day.
A former engineer, Mr Jones had had drink and mental health problems. He was well-liked by many in the town.
South Wales Police are still appealing for witnesses who may have seen Mr Jones between 14 and 20 July , or seen anyone near the slip road at the Neath Llandarcy A465 interchange, to come forward.
