BBC Director-General Greg Dyke has launched an interactive website for members of the community in north east Wales.

The Where I Live sites will be rolled out throughout Wales with the first based at the Library and Arts centre in Wrexham, covering Denbighshire, Flintshire and Wrexham.

As well as local news and traffic the internet site can deliver information from sports facilities to UFO sightings.

The interactive sites will be launched throughout Wales in a bid to encourage community groups and residents to get involved with the corporation.

The north east Wales site has already proved popular with thousands of visitors logging on from throughout the region and across the world.
