Digger stolen from building site

Police have appealed for information after a digger was stolen from a building site in Angus.

The yellow JCB, worth about £12,000, was taken from the site next to the A90 at Finavon between 2030 BST on Saturday and 1500 BST on Sunday.

The vehicle had a bucket attachment on the front and the registration number J130 FSP when it was taken.

Police said that anyone with information about the theft should get in touch.
