The hit and run happened at Mill O' Mains park while the boy watched football

A teenager has been injured, and his young dog killed, by a hit-and-run motorcyclist at a park in Dundee.
The 15-year-old had stopped to watch primary children play football at Mill O' Mains park at about 1830 BST on Tuesday when he was hit.
The person on the red scrambler bike did not stop and rode away with another biker who was carrying a teenage girl with no helmet.
The boy was taken to Ninewells Hospital with an ankle injury.
The two motorbikes had appeared from hedges at the north east of the park on Barns of Claverhouse Road and sped along the side of the football pitch.
The bike that hit the boy was driven by a male wearing a dark jacket and dark helmet.
The other machine was blue and white and was also ridden by a male with a dark jacket and helmet. The girl passenger wore a green jacket and had dark brown hair.
The dog, an 11-month-old Yorkshire Terrier, was taken home while bleeding heavily but died on the way to the vets.
Police described the culprits as "reckless" and urged anyone with information to come forward.
