Adam Harazim had been celebrating a job promotion before the crash

A drink-driver who caused the death of a teenager when his car hit a wall has been jailed for three years and four months at the High Court in Aberdeen.
Chef Adam Harazim agreed to give Samantha Forrest, 16, and her two friends, a lift in Perth on 1 February.
He lost control at a roundabout, on Dunkeld Road, and hit a wall.
Harazim, 26, previously admitted causing Miss Forrest's death by careless driving while more than double the drink-drive limit.
Miss Forrest had been drinking with two friends in the grounds of a school on the day of the crash.
They met Harazim, who they did not know, and convinced him to give them a lift.
'Starting out'
The Polish national, who lived in Perth, had gone out for a meal and drinks with friends after being promoted.
After failing to negotiate a roundabout properly, the car Harazim was driving hit the wall, overturned and ended up in the middle of the road.
Miss Forrest, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was pronounced dead at the scene. The others survived.

How can he live with the fact he has taken our little girl's life away

Passing sentence, judge Lord Bracadale told him: "This is, in any view, a tragic case. Samantha Forrest was only 16 years of age when she was killed in a car driven by you.
"She was a young girl starting out in life and her family and friends have to bear that loss.
"You have to carry that burden of being responsible for that death."
However, Miss Forrest's parents said they were left horrified at his "lenient punishment" for killing their only child.
Mother Sharron Forrest said: "It is a disgrace. He will be out and given the chance to start a new life when our daughter should have been celebrating her 18th birthday.
"How can he live with the fact he has taken our little girl's life away. She was out with her friends, going to the cinema, as teenagers do, and the next thing she is dead.
"There is no way back for us. He has a wee bairn and is going to get to watch his child grow up - what about mine?"
