The court heard that Polson no longer works in the care industry

A care worker has been sentenced to 100 hours' probation for taking a picture of an elderly patient's private parts.
Mandy Polson, 23, from Falkirk, previously admitted photographing the 91-year-old man in a toilet at the New Carron Nursing Home where she worked.
Her victim had suffered a stroke, could not walk and had dementia.
Her solicitor, John Mulholland, said: "She will never get a job in a care home again, which is a pity as this is what she wanted to do with her life."
Sexual element
Falkirk Sherriff Court earlier heard how Polson had taken the photograph with a mobile phone and later showed it to a female colleague, who contacted police.
She took it between 25 February and 11 March this year, intending to show the image to her boyfriend.
She previously pled guilty to conducting herself in a disorderly manner at the home, taking a digital photograph of the man's private parts without his knowledge or consent and committing a breach of the peace.
Prosecutors had claimed there was "a sexual element" to the offence, which she denied.
Polson no longer works in the care industry.
