Road accident victim identified
A woman killed in a road accident in the Highlands on Saturday afternoon has been identified as 44-year-old Elizabeth Hall, from Falkirk.

Police have not yet identified a male who also died when two vehicles collided at about 1800 GMT on the A9 Inverness to Perth road.

Northern Constabulary said the incident happened just north of its junction with the B889 Dalwhinnie road.

The A9 had been closed to allow a police investigation to take place.
