Police name female crash victim
A woman who died after an accident involving a car and a tractor in Angus has been named.

Dawn Hammond, 31, of Craigneuk, Airdrie, North Lanarkshire, was a passenger in the car, which collided with a tractor towing a trailer.

The 28-year-old man driving the Vauxhall Vectra escaped injury following the crash on Thursday night.

The tractor driver, a 22-year-old from Brechin, was not injured on the A90 at Stracathro, police said.
