Regeneration project first phase
Riverside development
The poem by school children has been set in stone
The first stage of an ambitious art project to regenerate a disadvantaged area of Stirling has been completed.

A £300,000 move is under way to create artwork at Raploch's riverside area.

A poem written by local primary school children has now been set in stone as part of a wider initiative to regenerate the Raploch area.

The art, conceived by artist Peter McCaughey, also aims to boost the river walk by constructing a map, viewpoint and a timeline charting local history.
