Book festival line-up announced
Organisers of Stirling's first book festival have signed up several top literary names.

Thriller writer Christopher Brookmyre and Nick Barratt - the man behind the BBC's family history series Who Do You Think You Are? - will both appear.

The event, in September, also features teen fiction writer Melvin Burgess and author Mairi Hedderwick.

The festival, organised by Stirling Council libraries, will pack in 55 events across five days.
