Police say the move is not meant to put a "damper" on parties

Police in south west Scotland have started a festive crackdown on anti-social behaviour.
Dumfries and Galloway Constabulary has pledged to use Scottish Government funding to tackle alcohol related trouble as well as shoplifting.
A spokesman said people drinking too much could leave a "trail of havoc" in their wake.
He asked the public to drink "sensibly and safely" or they would be dealt with in a "robust manner".
More than £6,000 has been received by the force in order to put additional officers on the streets over the next three weeks.
Extra patrols will target shoplifting in the run up to Christmas.
Enjoy themselves
A number of specific initiatives are also planned along with the business community and shopkeepers to tackle such crime in towns across the region.
Ch Supt Brian Anderson said the problems associated with people consuming too much alcohol would also be addressed.
"This is not about putting a damper on those who traditionally set out to enjoy themselves at this time of year," he said.
"It's about asking people to drink sensibly, and safely, whilst out and about in the pubs and clubs and at parties over the festive period.
"Those who choose to act irresponsibly will be dealt with firmly."
