Five hurt in three-vehicle crash

Five people received minor injuries in a three-vehicle crash in Dumfries and Galloway.

The collision happened on the A75 at about 1910 BST on Saturday near the Auchenlarie Holiday Park.

The incident involved two cars and a camper van, Dumfries and Galloway Fire and Rescue Service said.

One person was taken to hospital by air ambulance following the crash, and others were freed by firefighters using cutting equipment.

The road was closed for a number of hours following the accident.
