Borders General Hospital was ahead of national targets

Borders General Hospital has exceeded government targets for seeing patients reporting to its accident and emergency department within four hours.
Levels reached 98% in March this year above the national target of 95%.
NHS Borders has said the figures represented an "outstanding achievement" especially in the face of increasing patient numbers.
Chief executive John Glennie said they would continue to seek further improvement for patients and staff.
"Overall we are making good progress against key targets, such as waiting times and the delivery of the four hour waiting time in A&E," he said.
"We are also continuing to see improvement within cancer waiting times.
"All of this progress has been achieved through hard work, commitment and team work."
