Major drugs seizure at ferry port
A 51-year-old man was arrested in Stranraer on Saturday following the seizure of drugs with an estimated street value of £225,000.

The arrest was made by Dumfries and Galloway Police at the town's Irish Sea ferry port.

In a separate incident a local man and woman, both in their 30s, were arrested after drugs to the value of £6,000 were seized.

All three are expected to appear at Stranraer Sheriff Court on Monday.
