Pregnant woman hurt in car crash
A pregnant woman has been taken to Borders General Hospital for treatment after a road accident on the A72 at Holylee near Walkerburn.

The woman, who suffered shock and minor injuries, was kept in the labour ward overnight as a precautionary measure.

Two other women were taken to hospital following the crash, which took place at about 1700 GMT on Wednesday.

Police want to speak to witnesses to the crash which involved a blue Renault Laguna and black Citroen Saxo.
