About 10m will be invested in housing by Loreburn
Dumfries-based Loreburn Housing Association has revealed a home-building investment package of almost 10m over the next year.

The region-wide programme will see the completion of projects to develop affordable rented accommodation in Sandhead, Stranraer and Castle Douglas.

The funding will also support four other new schemes in Dumfries, Castle Kennedy, Beattock and Johnstonebridge.

Loreburn is also poised to buy five sites for future housing projects.
