The family of a woman with swine flu who died at a hospital in Scotland have said that they are "devastated".
Jacqueline Fleming is the first person with the infection to die in the UK, and the first outside North and South America. She was pregnant and suffering underlying health problems when admitted to hospital. Health officials stress the risk to the public remains low.
