Four in hospital after accident

Police set up diversions after the serious crash

Three trapped motorists have had to be cut free after a serious crash involving a bus, lorry and car in Moray.

The A96 at Forres was left blocked after the accident, which happened at about 1140 BST on Thursday.

A total of four people were taken to hospital, one by air ambulance with serious leg injuries.

Grampian Police said all of the vehicles involved were travelling west on the A96.

A man from the car was taken by air ambulance to Raigmore Hospital in Inverness.

One male and one female who were travelling in the car were taken to Dr Grays Hospital in Elgin along with a male passenger from the bus.

Police said diversions had been set up.
