Moray Council faces tough choices

The people of Moray have been warned tough choices lie ahead as the local authority faces making savings of at least £20m.

Moray Council's chief financial officer, Mark Palmer, said the authority was facing the reduction in grant funding over the next four years.

A full meeting of the council was told it would become increasingly difficult to maintain front line services.

Work is ongoing to review all budgets in detail.
