Learner driver unfit due to drugs

Police have said too many drivers are risking their life and the lives of others after 31 were caught in a drink and drugs clampdown.

There were 15 caught in the second week of the campaign, it has been revealed.

They included a learner driver and her female supervisor found to be unfit through drugs on the A96 at Mosstodloch on Sunday, after an accident.

Grampian Police said it was "small comfort" that the total was down on last year.
