Woman, 48, reported over stabbing

The emergency services were called to an address in Peterhead

A woman has been reported to the procurator fiscal after a man was left critically injured following a stabbing in Peterhead.

The 46-year-old man was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary after the incident in Crossfolds Crescent at about midnight on Monday.

Grampian Police said a 48-year-old woman has been reported over the matter.

The alarm had been raised by a member of the public.
