Police appeal after pony thefts

The theft of two ponies from a farm in Aberdeenshire is being investigated by police.

The Shetland ponies were taken from a field at Fordoun, near Laurencekirk, between 1800 GMT on Sunday and 0830 GMT on Monday.

One of the ponies is described as black, and the other stolen pony is chestnut.

Grampian Police appealed for anyone with any information about the thefts to contact them.
