Bus passenger 'racially abused'

A man racially abused one bus passenger in Aberdeen and threatened another with violence, police have said.

The suspect made intimidating comments to a black woman and threatened another woman who intervened on the 13a bus in Summerhill on Thursday evening.

The white man was said to be 5ft 8in tall, slim, with short brown hair and wearing jeans and a baseball cap.

Police said they were keen to trace the suspect, and appealed for the woman who was racially abused to get in touch.
