The Choices Day Care Centre was closed as part of the cuts

An equality watchdog has decided not to take legal action against Aberdeen City Council over its budget cuts.
But the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) said it would monitor the situation closely.
It had been asked to consider whether the council had breached its public service duties by closing the Choices Day Care Centre for the disabled.
The EHRC said it had been reassured by the council. Campaigners said they were disappointed by the decision.
The Choices Day Care Centre was among the services cut as part of the council's bid to plug a £27m hole in its finances.
The EHRC said that while further budget cuts were planned, stakeholders were already being consulted by the council. It said it believed the local authority intended to fulfil its public service obligations.
