Second bus firm in action ballot

First bus - generic
First Bus said it was hopeful the dispute could be resolved

Workers at a second bus firm in the north east of Scotland are to be balloted for industrial action over pay, BBC Scotland can reveal.

Drivers and technical staff have rejected a 3.7% offer from First Bus.

The company expressed disappointment, but said it was hopeful the dispute could be resolved.

Meanwhile, fresh talks are to take place aimed at avoiding next week's planned strike by hundreds of Stagecoach Bluebird workers.
