Aberdeen-based Scotia Linen Services employs staff at sites across the country.
Seventy-six jobs in Aberdeen and eight jobs in Edinburgh would be saved by the two selected bidders.
Joint administrator Iain Fraser said: "We are delighted that the vast majority of jobs are set to be saved."
Mr Fraser, of Tenon Recovery, explained: "There was a lot of interest in Scotia and we were pleased that everyone rallied around the business, which enabled us to accelerate the sales process.
