Four more diagnosed with E.coli

A further four people in an Aberdeenshire village have been diagnosed with E.coli, bringing the total number affected to 11.

NHS Grampian said six more people were being tested for the O157 strain of the infection.

The outbreak has been traced to a private water supply shared by eight houses in Auchinclech, near Westhill.

A spokesman for NHS Grampian said none of the cases were giving cause for concern.
