A pilot and two passengers have survived a light aircraft crash near Aberdeen.
The plane had been landing on a grass airstrip at Westhill when it appears to have overshot the runway, clipped a pole and hit a stone dyke.
The pilot and two female passengers climbed from the wreckage unhurt. They were taken to hospital for checks.
Fire and ambulance crews were at the scene. It is understood the plane was on a private flight from Oban.
A police officer at the scene said the three people had a lucky escape.
Investigations into the crash are continuing.
