The operation aimed to reduce underage drinking
Two off-sales premises in Stonehaven are to be reported to the procurator fiscal after a police clampdown on underage drinking.

Grampian Police officers used two 16-year-old vetted volunteers to try to buy alcohol.

A total of nine off-sales outlets were visited on Friday night and two premises were said to have failed.

Police said the operation was aimed at reducing underage drinking and anti-social behaviour.
